Det verkar som om det finns risk för att det ugandiska parlamentet återigen vill försöka få homosexualitet belagt med dödsstraff. Förra gången stoppades lagförslaget efter massiva protester från omvärlden, men det gäller uppenbarligen att hålla regimen under uppsikt.
